Sharma Family Medicine

I have been going to Dr. Sharma for many years. In the beginning I had to request to meet the Dr. herself. The PA was wonderful but I thought if your name is on the business, you should know who the doctor is. Dr. Sharma is very nice, however her staff is very rude. My son wanted to go see the doctor but was treated very poorly by reception. I mentioned this to Dr. Sharma and she was very concerned. Told me that SHE would see my son personally. Today my son called for an appointment.....was rejected again. He got hurt at work but didn't know who he should talk with regarding this. Called to make appointment and the receptionist told him that they don't handle compensation cases. He just wanted to see a doctor for further direction. I called the office and asked about it. I've never been to a doctor's office where you never get to meet the actual doctor! And the reason for the one star is they refused to see me when I hurt my back they kept saying we don't do comp cases ok!? so I cant be seen if im paying out of my own pocket so I went to macc center and was treated there no problems! I will never step foot into this office again to big for their own good.

I am leaving four stars only because my grandmother very much enjoys being seen by this practice. However, the medical assistant, whose name is RENNE is the absolute most unprofessional, disrespectful, rude person we have ever encountered at a medical facility. RENNE had absolutely no patience or tolerance to allow my family member even five seconds to answer a question. Out of respect for my family member, I will not go into detail about what Renee said, but whatever you could imagine being absolute mean, rude, and disrespectful… imagine it. If you have ever had to deal with RENNE I am sorry. I hope this practice gets rid of her. The doctor is great. RENNE is ruining the atmosphere of this place.

We usually see Sharma Amy or Jennifer. My husband who is never sick had to go into today and he saw Emily. She wasn't the nicest she was ok. We both walked out and said we would never go to her again though. Just the way she spoke to us felt off like we’re dumb or something. So note to self we will no longer take her openings. Plus don’t get me started on the desk lady who answered to make the apt she’s always rude. They need to get rid of her. Forgot her name though.

My entire family and I have been patient of Dr. Sharma’s for over a decade. The experiences have always been neutral to good until today. My grandma who is 79 years old, had severe swelling in her legs so she went to get a check up with my mother. The medical assistant, Renee was beyond rude and unprofessional. My grandma and Mom are very non-confrontational people so for them to have such a horrible experience where they were bullied By Renee is so disheartening. I can’t believe Dr. Sharma would keep someone like this in their practice. I hope Renee gets the psychological help that she needs because to be cruel to two women in their 60s and 70s is disturbing.
