I never ever leave reviews unless my experience is really good. Thanks to Dr. Felix Guanajuato it was. The second he walked in the room he knew exactly what to say to make me feel comfortable. He was extremely kind to my boyfriend (who was accompanying me) and I. He is by far the coolest doctor around that I’ve come across. If you see him for any of your medical needs he will not disappoint. Thank you again Dr. Felix Guanajuato for your care!

This is for 3501 KNICKERBOCKER ROAD SHANNON SOUTH HOSPITAL YOU ARE DISPICABLE ! This is by far THE WORST hospital in town. They sure do know how to make a person feel like they aren't a priority at all. I drove 13 minutes to get here, waited 40 mins, and the damn check in clerk guy decided to allow two other people in front of me as if I dont matter at all! How dare you ?! I want to see you do your mom this way! Yall are lazy and under qualified! And THAT is why so many ppl talk down on shannon. Id rather be dead than depend on yall to save my life cuz you probly couldn't do that much ! I will be reporting you . Pos

Took my son in for a second degree burn. There was a long wait however, everyone treated us respectfully and in an urgent and calm manner. They made my son not feel anxious or scared and I really appreciated that! Such great care and advice.

Was in here at 1:57pm told "it'll be an hour and a half." Its now 5:24 only loosing my vision due to being lied to as i sit in the back now at 5:24 talking to a doctor only now about having potentially inhaled poison after being talked down to by AMANDA and the front desk twice. I will not be returning and want to talk to whoever supervises the staff up front over this. I don't disrespect medical staff I'm here for a reason why talk down to me like that.

First impressions are important. I checked in at the desk about 10 minutes ago and the health care worker with the dark hair and face mask on said the wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes. She then said I could go to 2 other locations instead- 1 has 1 person waiting and the other has 2 people waiting she stat. I asked her if she could check me in and she said “No, it’s down the road by Target.” So we go down the road to the one by Target and the health care worker said, “why didn’t she hold your spot, you have 1 hour and 15 minutes to wait!” I told her I asked her to and she said no! Geeze!
