I had my first two-hour massage with Shannon and it was a great experience. Her approach felt intuitive and tailored to what my body needed. The session was never rushed, and she created a calm, restorative environment. She was especially skilled at identifying areas where my fascia felt tight and restricted and worked through them in a way that brought real relief. I left feeling refreshed and more comfortable in my body. I plan to make this part of my regular self-care routine and would confidently recommend Shannon to anyone looking for thoughtful, skilled bodywork.

Shannon handled me with care and attention. I loved how she explained some things about how I got to where I was aching so bad and showed genuine interest in my comfort and well being. She was able to work out some back muscle issues no one prior to her has ever. I also loved how she stretched my muscles in-between massages. That only reminded me of just how important it is to stretch. She was amazing and I appreciate it so much. I will definitely go back!
