Shannon Clinic Big Spring

To hard to get an appointment i needed blood pressure check up bad an it is one month out not good. They need help bad.

This is by far the best medical clinic I have been to. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help. I can't say enough good things about Marcie Lusk. She listens and cares about her patients. They make you feel like you have a support team behind you.

Shannon Clinic is a wonderful establishment, I was treated kindly by the staff and enjoyed my time there. The new physician Marcie Lusk is very thorough and I felt that she truly listened to my concerns. I REALLY APPRIEATED the head nurse Stephanie, she went above and beyond to help.

Poor customer service. Will not be back. When I made my appt I specifically told them it was for a follow up for workers comp injury. They said okay. I go in for my appt 25 mins early and was told they are not set up to take workers comp insurance. Okay cool, I will see the doc for my yearly blood work and be done. The lady at the front desk was rude and treated me like I was lying about seeing the doc for other needs. Ryan Cooksey is a great doc but the lack of customer service with his staff will continue to drive people away!

Doctor Ryan Williams is a great Doctor. The rest of the staff is also very professional and polite. I'm very happy with Shannon clinic and would refer them to anyone.
