Shalem Healing

This clinic has been life saving! Functional medicine is the way of the future to promote health, heal disease and prevent worsening of chronic conditions so as to live a higher quality of life - the highest quality of life. I am grateful for all of the staff and folks who have been helpers and healers on my journey. What a blessing to have you all in Milwaukee. We are so lucky.

Just got back from visiting this practice with my kids. All my kids agreed that this was the "best dr. office" they have been to thus far. They said they really liked the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and nice, and the practitioners listen and are easy to talk to. We are very happy with the care we've received and plan to continue to see Dr. Fox and his staff.

I really hate that I have to write this, but my health is more screwed up than ever and I feel like people need to be aware of what they are getting themselves into when they go here. I was first recommended Shalem Healing by another family member. I liked their approach...they use a blend of both Western medicine/modern pharmaceuticals and holistic medicine/supplements. They seemed really well-rounded, so I figured I'd give them a go. Things seemed to start out pretty well. The doctor reviewed my history and medications and throughout my early visits, prescribed different medications, immunotherapy, and recommended different supplement to help with some of my strange symptoms/health problems. This is one of the most amazing practices you will ever go to. Our children were treated with the utmost respect. It was so appreciated. They really dug deep with questions we had and made sure to really hear us and truly listen. Dr Fox and the nurses, as well as other staffing were kind, patient, and generous with their time for us. We also really appreciated how they were very pro child consent. In example: "do you want to touch my stethoscope? Would you like to listen to my heart with it? Are you ok with me listening to your heart?" Going to Shalem Healing has been an amazing experience and I really felt the heart and soul everyone there put into their work. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing place of healing. Dr Fox and his staff are incredible. His nurse is the kindest and most competent person I've dealt with in several years. I have a number of chronic health issues that other doctors have just. Shoved antibiotics and steroids at. Now it seems that Dr Fox my have found the real root of the problem (and they are all connected!) I'm excited to find that after 2 and half years of poor health and even worse quality of life that this is curable and that I may be able to regain my health and live a life worth living.
