The main reason I'm giving a three star review (I honestly wish a 2.5 star was an option, but two stars felt a little harsh) is the total lack of communication. When you're at the office everyone is very nice, with the exception of one person I encountered while checking in for my endoscopy. The whole procedure was very smooth. Now everything afterwards not so much. I only receive call backs when I have an appointment coming up, and even then it can be like pulling teeth to get it. They barely answer their phones. I wanted to cancel an appointment and called the number left on the packet several times with no call back. I was totally unaware there was a specific extension to cancel appointments, so I thought "darn, well that's on me then". Well, when I got the person on the line they said

I got in to see the PA quickly, Debra was nice, punctual & explained everything well. I did not like having to do the checkin paperwork on my phone but other than that it was a great experience!

Great service! My procedure started promptly as scheduled. Dr. Sedghi and his staff were very professional and attentive from pre-op to recovery.

My recent experience with Dr. Sedghi was disappointing. Despite significant effort to secure an appointment—after initially being told he was unavailable due to a focus on chronic patients—the visit felt rushed and dismissive. Dr. Sedghi quickly recommended a second opinion without fully engaging with my symptoms, which include daily abdominal discomfort, heartburn, inconsistent motility, and muscle-type cramping. He dismissed prior findings of reflux and a CT scan noting possible sclerosing mesenteritis, offering little explanation or follow-up. When I attempted to elaborate on my symptoms, I was interrupted, and the tone of the appointment suggested that while I may have been granted time, there was no commitment to provide meaningful care.
