Dr. Shahine is incredibly kind, a great listener, and truly cares about your comfort and well-being. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you feel at ease throughout your visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I especially want to give a special mention to Blair the hygienist—she’s gentle, attentive, and makes cleanings feel effortless. Her calm and caring approach is exactly what you want in a dental professional. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough dental care!

Appointment went great. No waiting. Technician who performed cleaning and X-rays was outstanding. Explained everything she was doing. Made recommendations for care of teeth and gums. Good experience.

This dentist gives new meaning to the phrase “horror story dentist”. I’m a Fidelis patient, and due to lack of other options, Shaheen was where I was forced to go for dental “care”. I was a patient there for 4 years. First, the hygienists are great. Professional, thorough, and competent. The same cannot be said for Shaheen. There are too many bad incidents to outline in a review, so I’ll just stick to the most egregious ones. 1. She dropped a dental bit in my mouth when drilling a tooth. 2. She left me in the chair after novocain injection (this happened all the time) for so long, she had apparently forgotten that the Novocain was administered over an hour and a half previously and had worn off. She started drilling. The pain was excruciating. 3. She mis-placed a dental crown, so now EV

I had a really positive, really supportive, really good experience with Dr Shahine and her entire staff! From the receptionists, to the dental hygienists to Dr Shahine herself -- I felt like I was in really good hands and with people who really care. I've had extensive trauma with my teeth and am always nervous when I go to the dentist. Dr Shahine not only took a lot of care with me, she gave me really good tips on how to safeguard my teeth and prevent expensive, intensive procedures. I highly recommend her and her practice to anyone looking for a great dentist who doesn't just react to a problem but helps them in the longterm with preventative measures.

Great experience and great staff. It was my first time there. Very impressed. Staff is friendly and personable. I went home and told my daughter and my granddaughter and they just switched dentists to become patients here.
