I see Dr. Zeb and I am very I grateful to have him as part of medical team. I have a really complex, not straightforward, case/history and Dr. Zeb has been motivated to help me from the beginning. He truly listens to my symptoms and has worked all year getting me on the best combo of meds and I am finally feeling better. I have always thought he was very kind, educated, thorough, and caring. I never feel rushed. The nurses and front staff are all very nice as well. Just arrive early as the parking lot is quite small and shared with many offices

By far the worst medical experience in my 60 years on this earth.I don't know what he's on, but he needs therapy and better meds. He's a bitter man. 1-Had no idea or detailed info about why he gave me a script for an x-ray 2- Found out that I was dealing with a well known (nationwide) dermatologist and lost his mind 3- He REFUSED to work with him on my chronic illness. I asked to sign a release of my info to the dermatologist and he said if he wants to talk to him, he could call him. Uh, don't you still need authorization to discuss my records with ANYONE 4- At that point he just got very condescending and defensive. At that point, I had to check him. He just literally walked out the room when he didn't answer my questions about my health. 5-He told me I asked too many questions and t

I went to my first appointment after my primary ran blood work that brought up autoimmune concerns. He ran his own blood work and didn't prescribe me anything in the meantime despite my hands being significantly swollen. I went back for my second appointment and they told me I didn't have one. Now they're billing me for the appointment I showed up for that they told me I didn't have. I have asked them to correct their records, I have refused and returned it to sender, and they refuse to let this go. From now on these are going straight into the recycling bin. Please fix your records, please answer your phone, please keep your appointments, and please stop wrongfully billing your patients. This is a very poorly run facility. I apologize for my first review! I wrote it during frustration and being in so much pain. My visit today was much better with the staff. They were very professional and presented with excellent client service! My infusion provider is excellent! Once again I apologize and would like for the staff to continue providing excellent care to their clients! Go team Shahid!

Dr Zeb is personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explains and gives the patient an opportunity to ask questions. With that said, I had an appointment with him when he was traveling and his plane was cancelled or delayed. I was notified I had to reschedule. I tried to reschedule and couldn't get through on the telephone because I kept getting a recording and the mailbox was full. By the time I got through I was told my consult had expired. I got another consult from my doctor, and it's been almost six months and I still haven't been able to get through on the phone. The one time I did get through, I was put on hold and got cut off. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another rheumatologist because I believe my condition is worsening and it's almost impossible to get an ap
