Horrible, horrible X5!!! Really sad to see how much this place has gone downhill... I been coming into this doctor office for years but the quality of the staff just keeps declining. Eye rolling when you ask for help, attitude from the front desk, and just overall poor service. I asked for specific service and instead of using the proper tools WHICH they literally have available, the staff member decided to fix it themselves and ended up damaging my property. No regards whatsoever. These were brand new glasses just picked up within the week. No. It's not just one person or one bad moment. Dealt with multiple staff in different situations, with the same attitude as years go by. I guess this was the push needed, after so many years, it's time to find a new doctor with better qualified sta

Great staff and doctors. Each staff member has their role. They are very good with the exam and very professional and accurate. They treat different types of patients and the wait wasn’t anything more than any other eye exam. They were thoughtful kind explained and answered all my questions and I was even able to order glasses there the same day. Thank you all. I appreciate you.

I have to agree with the people that say you wait for a long time. My appointment was at 3:30 and left @6pm-ish. I was very thankful they took me in that same day I called. Besides that, Dr. Alcantar is great. He made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Going back to the waiting thing, it’s expected at most doctors office. Big, deal. I just want to get cured. Even if it takes all day.

My wife had appt .and even after1 hour and 30 min. Rude receptionist so we left and never Gain and well under staff . These are the doctor just there for the check from the government.

The wait is ridiculous, even coming on time for the appointment they won’t let you sign in until 20 minutes afterwards, I have tried 3 times to sign my daughter in to get her eyes checked up and within the 3 times visiting I have yet get to see her checked in, I have asked multiple times to just take the paperwork and give me anything to sign her in to speed the process but they don’t. Receptionist is very slow, I don’t recommend this place
