Kayla, my hygienist is awesome. She is super thorough and gentle. She takes her time to explain things and is also very informative. I also really enjoy our conversations! In general, the staff there are friendly and communicate expectations very well - Toni's bright face at the front desk always helps me feel at ease.
I have been going to Shaghalian Family Dental for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the dental care I have received. The doctors and staff are friendly, efficient and pleasently professional. I trust their advice and continue to follow their suggestions for tooth care and have a mouth full of good teeth to show for it.
As usual, excellent service and staff! The office is very clean and comfortable. Front staff is great, Toni Ann is always pleasant and kind! My appt was right on time and Kayla did a great job. Great staff, they make you feel like family!
After I went through three or four different dental offices, I can finally say that I have found an amazing practice! First of all, it’s in a cute little house that was converted into an office. The front office staff are kind and efficient and are great at letting you know up front if there will be any charges and tell you exactly how much you’ll owe. Kayla, the dental hygienist is one of the best that I’ve ever had. She answers any questions that I may have and is so easy to talk to. She did such a great job today and my teeth felt so good after my appointment. Dr. Lopez is amazing at what he does! You can tell that he loves his profession. He comments how awesome my teeth are whenever he checks them. 😄 He is gentle and very precise in technique. He’s always willing to explain in detail
The best dental experience I’ve ever had!! When I moved to the area I was dreading finding a dental office; I’ve always HATED going to the dentist. The staff here are SO kind and down to earth, they made me feel so comfortable. I’ve been beyond happy with my cleanings and exams. I never thought I’d actually enjoy going to the dentist, 11/10 recommend!!
