CVS Pharmacy

I shared my experience at the beginning of questionnaire… Nick waited on me. He is an asset to CVS. Went the extra mile to get me the product I wanted. He was also personable. Respectful. And I left satisfied with service and product I really love.

Do not bring your photos to get developed here. The associate responsible for the photo’s was busy, so a manager stepped in to help me. I wrote my information on the envelope, handed it to him and left. I was not aware that I needed any sort of order number, any given point, they could have contacted me (with the information written on the envelope) if I needed to do anything else on my end. Forward to four months later, I called and they said theres nothing that can do and that they were lost. So my once in a lifetime vacation photos are lost forever with very little effort to resolve it and very little sympathy. I did not like the passive aggressive comments from the manager either.

Quick and efficient. Has good selection of otc. Can get vaccines here too though you may have to wait a few mins, even with an appt. The drive through is great and they do a good job balancing drive through vs in person pickups.

This CVS has stepped up its game insofar as customer service. The last time I was here was in December 2021 and had a horrific experience with customer service and cleanliness. Today was different in that the pharmacy tech and the pharmacy area was the best ever!

The pharmacy person Brianna greeted me by my first name… I was very impressed because my name is uncommon… although I had to go in the store because the drive thru was broken ( again ) it was still okay 🤗
