I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the service provided by the folks at Shady Grove Podiatry. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, to my check-in at the office for the first time, I have never been more satisfied with the level of professionalism, politeness, intelligence & overall good natured demeanor of all of the personnel there, & I don't just mean the person that checked me in. While standing there, I observed two other assistants dealing with other patients like me & they were ALL doing it with such professionalism & respect. I was totally impressed. Dr. Dillard is very professional and talented. He truly cares of his patients. I recently got my bunion surgery done with him and after a week, I feel pretty good. Highly recommended. The staff at his office are also friendly and polite.

This was my first visit with Dr. Dang, and the experience was disappointing. He did not come across as empathetic, and my concerns often felt minimized. There was limited inquiry into my symptoms or history, and little explanation of a treatment plan. When I asked him directly about next steps, I was told repeatedly that “it is up to you” without listing me detailed information, pros and cons, which left me unclear about how to proceed. Some of his comments felt a bit rude and dismissive. After I was prescribed with medicine, no clear instructions was given. I left the appointment without a clear understanding of what I needed to do next. Overall, I would have appreciated clearer communication, greater empathy, and more patient centered guidance. Btw, the front desk staff is the best!

I had a great experience here with my 18 month old. They have a room just for kids which made my son so happy to see all the toys and he entertained himself while waiting. Dr. Dillard was so kind and educational and highly recommend him. On the way out my son was getting inpatient and the front desk was nice and gave my son a sticker. Definitely will be referring people to their practice.

Dr. David Siegel is a terrific addition to this practice. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and conscientious. He really takes the time to to understand the issue and then develop a practical, effective treatment plan. I highly recommend him to anyone with foot and ankle problems--he genuinely cares about helping people feel better.
