SGMC Urgent Care - North Valdosta

I wanted to see my regular doctor, Dr Kirtley, but I was turned away because of your policy of not allowing people to see their Dr without an appointment. The people at urgent care did a very good job taking care of my problem.

Always really busy! Service is so so. Felt like their MD rushed my appointment because it was a weekend. Nice guy, but seemed a bit all over the place. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

We needed to be seen quickly and left our family doctor who had several patients in front of us and tried SGMC urgent care for the 1st time. From the minute we arrived we were treated promptly and warmly! Everyone was kind and courteous. That is helpful when you are find yourself in this kind of situation. The PA was thorough and patient He covered everything and reassured us letting my husband know that he was going to be ok. I was impressed by his caring attitude. He shared some of his own personal experiences which helped us see he could relate to how fearful we were. This is an excellent resource for our area. i would not hesitate to go there again. .

I was pleasantly surprised being the worry wart that I am. I was seen within 15 minutes and the doctor and staff made me feel at ease. A big thank you to the doctor and staff!

I was greeted kindly and didn't have a long wait the receptionist was very nice infact everyone was so kind and understanding the physician was very very kind and he remembered me from another visit I though that was incredible it really made me feel good like a community should I give my Thanks to all of them and my gratitude
