SGMC Urgent Care - Griffin Ave.

I had absolutely NO wait time. The receptionist Brianna was nice and pleasant. I barely sat down and I was called back. Tina I am not sure exactly her title made me comfortable and was easy to talk to. Brandy met me as I entered had a voice you could hear smile. She also the X Ray person was so patient and careful taking the X-rays l think she ran a quick marathon with all the views she had to do The P. a. I think is what she is called was very knowledgeable. After we covered my initial reason coming she check another issue and answered a few questions I had. Unfortunately in her notes I read in mychart there was incorrect information that kinda upset me. I have to contact SGMC now to correct it. It is the only reason not 5 stars!! Note to future possible patients I would definitely

We had the best experience I could have asked for. My dad was leery of going (took me days to talk him into it) but got him to go this evening, everyone there was amazing! The receptionist that got all his info, to the nurses assistant that took us back and got all of his information and was very caring and considerate to the nurse practitioner that looked at all options available to help .. from beginning to end they treated daddy with care and had him all smiles leaving!! Thank you all so much!

I recieved wonderful service. I was taken in within 5 minutes after arrival. Since I have inflammatory asthma and had congestion and wheezing, he got a chest xray.. fortunately, I didn’t have pneumonia. I give the entire office a 5 star rating!!!!

I always have a great experience at this urgent care. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Every visit, I’m seen in a timely manner and treated with kindness and respect. I really appreciate how efficient and attentive the entire team is. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough positive words on my experience… the staff was prompt, friendly, and very concerned of my injury…. Stacy Beck was very professional and helpful on what I should do for after care!!.. excellent experience!!!
