I received top rate assistance & guidance. Thank you so much, Ms. Jackson. Say what you will about SGMC, especially the ER experience. Absolutely awful. Patient financial services was extremely helpful, the employee who assisted me was knowledgeable, personable & efficient.

I received several bills that did not make sense due to the fact that I have insurance. When I spoke with the representative last week, she was unable to explain why. After requesting a supervisor to explain the situation in detail, I was very frustrated. Instead of bringing all the parties together to figure out why it was happening, the supervisor told me I was being difficult. I wish she would put the pumpkin pie down and pick up customer service skills. After walking out, I started to think if this is how they treat people who want to pay bills, I feel sorry for the people who request help and are unable to pay.
