SGMC Health - Lanier

Had a CAT scan and my tech was very nice, got a blanket cause she saw I was cold drinking the stuff before test. She clearly explained everything about what test was and what she was going to do. Very professional and polite! Lab was very good as well! All staff from start to finish were very professional and kind even as busy as it was!

The physical therapy team in Lakeland has and is continuing to help me regain my ability to stand and walk after 4 months of being in a wheelchair. They have been encouraging and supportive during an extremely trying time. Their one on one care allows them to analyze, listen and support their patients. I highly recommend this facility.

All the staff was great! Got in quickly and was quickly given pain meds and was seen by the provider very quickly! I was able to get testing done to figure out what was going on and was able to get the results quickly. Both nurses were so kind and compassionate! Couldn’t have asked for better care! Way better than SGMC main campus by a long shot!

Ms. Lisa in the lab is always wonderful! She's patient and kind, and she always gets the vein on the first time with a very gentle stick. Also, the lab team is just that--an awesome team that works together to do the job professionally, accurately, and joyously. It's refreshing to see kindness and team work in the workplace! Many thanks to Ms. Lisa and the superb lab team!
