I would like to give this a 5 star review. Starting with the front desk. Mackenzie is beautiful and sweet and welcoming. She made me feel like I was a friend she knew for years though it was our first time meeting. She is the face of that practice. She creates an easy going vibe that is comforting to those like me who are nervous about doctors. The nurse in the back is also really nice and the doctor Patel is thorough and listens and takes my concerns serious. I am so glad I found this office for my forever medical needs.

I was very sick. I called to make an appointment. I thought I might have the flu. The front desk told me to come to the hospital, check in and go straight to the lab for testing. If I tested negative, they would see me but if I tested positive, they would do a telemed appointment with me. Within 30 min, my test results came back positive for influenza A flu. They sent me home and a couple hours later, they called for my telemed visit. They prescribed meds which I was able to pick up shortly after. I really appreciated the efficiency, caution and care they took in handling my situation.

I had a wellness check and a follow up. Dr. Bhumiben Patel really takes good care of me. Her staff is so sweet. I love them all. I always leave with a smile on my face. I would like to stick with her for a while. She put me on that Monjouro and I have been losing the weight gradually. Thanks for taking wonderful care of me. Please recognize her staff, the Ladies in the lab and the Radiology Ladies. They made me , my Mom Lonnie Mae Manning and Martha Manning all feel so welcome in their departments. Please let all of them know that I really appreciate how I felt so welcome on that day and everything I come there.❤️❤️

I really like the doctors but they did not inform me of extra charges after the process they said if i put 100 down id only owe 158 and now there sending a bill saying i owe 250.

They have a very excellent staff here. From the front desk to the nurses to the nurse practitioner who saw me. I definitely am very happy that they accepted my application and I'm being seen here. Hopefully my family will be seen here as well soon. Thank you guys!
