I was experiencing headache and dizziness for about 6 months on and off but did no know the cause. I saw multiple doctor with no success. After my primary suggested checking my eyes, I booked with Dr. Biser. He was amazing! Very thorough and detailed. He has a passion for what he does and it shows in this work. Excellent “bedside manner “ and very customer service oriented. If you have an urgent problem that need additional attention he WILL make you a priority-as he should- but still provide great attention to the other patients. I highly recommend him and will be sending family and friends to see him. Very pleasant staff members as well. I can’t remember the name of the reception but she is very patient and helpful. Best experience with an eye doctor so far!!!

I just had an appointment with Dr Biser So sorry I never went to him before He gave me the most comprehensive exam I ever had. He is very professional in every aspect I am extremely pleased that I went to him His office staff Haley was super to deal with. Very sweet and very helpful The office is immaculate and very socially distancing and cleaning all equipment so carefully and concise I truly recommend Dr Biser for all your vision needs. This is the only general opthamologist in Fleetwood! It's a great location and the doctor and staff appear to be are friendly. However, their office is not accessible for wheelchair bound patients.Very disappointing!
