Serio's Pharmacy

This is one of the genuinely good everyday things in my life! It's a genuine old school pharmacy (like from your childhood) where the people know you, are kind, and treat you like a human being. Paul Serio and his father who founded this place are wonderful. I left CVS for this place after they kept botching my prescriptions and never looked back!

I am so glad I made the switch to this pharmacy. I have to drive further to go to this place and I happily do so. And this is the first time in my life where I leave a pharmacy smiling. I honestly do feel taken care of. And I highly recommend this place. I switched from a different pharmacy due to some difficulties I was having getting my prescription filled on time. And particularly one of my prescription is crucial for my overall functionality. I've been going to Serio's now since February and not have had an issue once. I would say just try them out!

Nothing beats a local mom and pop pharmacy. The customer service is so much better. You see them same folks each time and you are supporting a small local business. I really encourage everyone to make the switch to support these folks that are keeping our community healthy.

This multi-generational family-owned pharmacy is a throwback to the era before large department stores and pharmacy chains. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members know their customers. If you can get your prescription elsewhere for less, they will tell you.

Serio’s has very competitive pricing for their in store items. Seriously competitive. They have a pretty good inventory of pharmacy supplies. The pharmacy itself is professional, kind and courteous. The store staff are helpful, friendly and informed. Super service for my 30+ years in Northampton! The pharmacists will go out of their way to assist in any medication that's needed urgently. I'm forever grateful that this locally owned & staffed pharmacy is in town and incredibly efficient.
