Seretti Comprehensive Dentistry

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Seretti for years now, and even after moving north of Houston, we still make the drive because he and his staff are just that amazing. They always take such great care of us and make every visit comfortable. We truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dental care. And Francis is the absolute best—we love her so much! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares.

Explained everything in detail. I was embarrassed it been so long but I wasn't made to feel anything but important. Even though my dental coverage doesn't pay a lot the office staff was very nice in explaining other options and getting me a antibiotic & pain med called in. I'm sure I could call around for prices but I don't care too when it comes to pulling and replacing with partial and laser treatment and cleaning for easier transition into the outcome. The dental assistant has super long acrylic nails and scratched my gums multiple times, both the dentist and assistant are very rude and inconsiderate. They don’t listen when you have an issue and they are really rough. I do not recommend especially if you have Medicare.

Staff is always great, hygienist is awesome, front desk is always on top of it. The doctor is thorough and will answer all of your questions.

I don’t even want to give this office one star, it was a horrible experience for my sister. The dentist was incredibly dismissive of her concerns and any questions she’s had. The Dental Tech had long acrylic nails on , scratching her gums and was incredibly rude to her to the point she was so uncomfortable she was in tears. They gave her temporary caps on her front tooth and one in the back and they were not only yellow but completely misshaped. To the point she had to beg for them to fix them and they would only fix the one in the back and she had to go to another dentist office to get the front tooth fixed and the other office was absolutely mortified! She is 15 and has been so upset about this experience. Absolutely ridiculous, Not professional and straight up rude.
