I was in need of urgent care recently and decided to give the brand new Serenity a try. Was pleasantly surprised by its new modern facility. Staff was pleasant and professional. Wait time was minimal. Medical care was very efficient and friendly I can easily give the entire experience 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed

I had another office recommend that I needed something looked at by ultrasound. I drove 45 minutes from Sahuarita after calling and confirming they could do ultrasound. The doctor I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The rest of the office staff was great too. I think they're pretty new so there was no wait at all. Their office is very nice and brand new. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!!!

I was visiting family in Tucson and my daughter fell, injuring her arm. A family friend suggested I go to Serenity Urgent Care and I am so glad I did! There was no wait, the X-Ray Tech was very nice and gentle. We did not spend the entire waiting to be seen and left with smiles.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. First of all, they are NOT contracted with insurance companies, which is something they conveniently fail to make clear. Instead, they try to bill your premium insurance as out-of-network. Completely misleading and feels very intentional. The place itself looks more like a hospital than an urgent care, which should have been my first red flag. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. No courtesy, no professionalism, just attitude. Between the confusion around billing and the unpleasant staff, I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options where you’re treated with respect and transparency.
