Serenity Transitional Care

I’ve been in quite a few facilities over the years, but this one is so great.. from the moment you walk in, you just feel such a positive energy. It is clean, it’s cozy, they have this activity area that is so fun to be in.. (it stood out to me the first time I ever visited the facility.. because I thought it was such a nice and fun space to be able to spend time together as a family while visiting our loved one..& it is, especially if you’ve got smaller kiddos who need a bit of entertainment 🤗) Everything about Serenity feels intentional, and you just know they pride themselves with giving the best care you could hope for. Everyone has always been so kind, so helpful, so comforting.. They have the best staff. I never have to worry.. i will always choose and recommend Serenity. Thank you

The team at Serenity Transitional is one of a kind! They are one of the hardest working healthcare providers I've ever seen. Our experience with them was amazing! We would recommend Serenity to anyone in need of post-surgery care.

Our mother was in Serenity for a month after a broken hip. She received excellent care, everyone was so kind, helpful and patient. She got OT and PT that helped her get back on her feet. The office staff was so helpful and patient with us as we navigated our way through this experience. I would recommend Serenity to anyone who needs it. Thank you for taking such good care of our Mom.

I was there for only a little while for REHAB after hip surgery and I had a very good REHAB, Taylor and the physical therapy staff was AWESOME they me to where I needed to be so I could go home. The nursing staff including the CNAs were AWESOME ALSO. The food was very delicious. Overall I was taken CARE of by an AWESOME group of very caring people. Thank you so much for your kindness to me while I was there.

My mother-in-law came to visit 2 weeks ago and was so impressed she decided to come there to live. As a family who have visited Serenity we are very impressed. The rooms are very clean, meals are great. This facility has a great feeling about it. Exceptionally well kept. The dining area is like a restaurant. Very pleased with the staff the way they help the residents. Recommend it highly.
