When me and my partner arrived, the three people in the front didn’t even acknowledge us after us saying hi. We then had another lady take us to the back to file the paperwork. While filling it out it was noted on one of the forms that they did not have malpractice insurance. The office itself was also not kept in the best condition. I was expecting to get an ultrasound done today being that I am 11 weeks pregnant now and need one done to ensure everything is going smoothly with my baby. They then decided to inform us that the doctor isn’t in the office today which would’ve been something nice to know before my boyfriend and I drove an hour north and took time off from work. All they were able to do was check my pulse and have me pee in a cup. When I entered the bathroom it was more disgus

First visit. I booked with a female Dr and got seen by a male midwife. He was nice and kind but I want to see a female Dr. I was not informed that I wouldnt be seeing the Dr and she wasnt even there. The office as cluttered and dirty.

I’ve been to a few gynecologist and for the first time I’ve felt so welcome and comfortable. Mina & Brit really helped me enjoy this first time experience at serenity holistic. Not only was their energy relaxing and therapeutic but they were also very welcoming. Jorge was also so gentle and made sure to ask a lot of questions and when inspecting me, made me feel like I was the only patient that mattered. If you’re seeking an office you can trust, this one is 10/10 highly recommended

!!PLEASE READ!!!! Last year I went and I had a great experience but my most recent visit was a complete and utter disaster. They scheduled me with Dr Christ-Ann Magloire. When I got there I wait almost 2.5 hrs to be seen. When I finally got called for my appt...a male doctor was going to see me. No one let me know that she wasn't going to be there. I was little frustrated but none the less I decided to see him. I went back in the room got undressed and waited another 40 mins before I decided to get dress and just leave. I wanted my money back for the visit because I wasn't seen by the Dr. The problem is you can only Zelle or pay cash. (Which is super weird).
