Sequoia Vista Care

No handicap parking in front of the facility that I could see. Is that even legal? Employees take up parking spaces in front leaving a handicap person having to park in back and walk all the way around to the front of the facility when there was plenty of empty parking spaces for employees to use instead. While visiting yesterday I saw plenty of employees getting into cars in the front parking lot. Do better Sequoia Vista.

I went to this facility to visit a relative today. I had not been there for 8 years since when my cousin was a resident. I noticed that the nurses front counter was redone and was greeted friendly when I arrived. The aides and nurses were very polite and patient I went to see was very happy with all his care. I did notice the facility has not replaced the single pane windows and the present windows are very stained with water spots and appear very dirty. The facility was clean inside but the front grass and flower beds do need attention. Otherwise this facility is a 4star!

Very unsatisfied and disappointed. My sister whos unable to walk because of a tragic accident was sent to this facility to learn to walk again. She was discriminated by a social worker named Andrea and I’m very upset about it. She missed 2 appointments for her leg already because this keeps happening she won’t put in transportation for her so now I have to call off work because AGAIN she didn’t put it in and thank goodness we asked a nurse about it the night before the appointment because now I have to take her myself. All the way in Fresno!!! This is their job!!!!!!! What are we paying you for if you can’t even do your job right, thinking about moving her to a different facility because of this mistreatment!!! I feel as if my sister is being neglected in there, she cannot walk. She is dis
