Whoever is supposed to be answering phone calls keeps declining calls. Every time I call, it takes at least 5-6 attempts before they finally answer. During those 5-6 attempts, it'll ring between 1-4 times then the call just ends like they are actively declining the calls. Then when she does answer, she has a very rude and condescending tone. I was referred here by my provider for a surgical consult and possible surgery, and just this interaction with the lady on the phone makes me hesitant about this place.

Most of the staff could work on their customer service skills. Some are pretty rude. Thought the was great during consult then he rushed a surgery on me. I pushed back to get a second opinion and to get out of the Covid haze. When I returned to go ahead with surgery he seemed butt-hurt and actually told me he “couldn’t help me” that I “was better off just managing the pain.”

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Feng. After having suffered for many years with excruciating neck and back pain, and no other doctors being able to accurately diagnos and treat my problem, Dr. Feng was able to immediately resolve my problem. From the moment I woke up from surgery my pain was resolved. I cannot recommend Dr. Fend highly enough. Further, his entire staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Had the experience with a shot on my spine and it was good

Dr. Feng did a great job on my Lumbar problem. Fusion of the entire Lumbar. Long recovery, which was expected. But relieved all the pain I had before the surgery.
