Sentara Urgent Care

I wanted to share my experience at this urgent care. I truly appreciated everyone’s kindness and professionalism during my visit. From the receptionist, to the nurse who checked me in, to the nurse practitioner who took the time to explain why I was feeling so unwell, every interaction was positive and supportive. The check in process was simple and I was seen quickly. I have absolutely no complaints. While I hope I never need to return, this location will be my first choice if I do.

This is my favorite local urgent care! The wait times always are less than other urgent cares, and the ladies working at the front desk are always courteous and helpful. I feel like the 10+ times I have gone here for me or my kids we actually get answers and resolutions in a reasonable amount of time.

Chanel is so nice! I’ve been coming here as long as I can remember and I came in today to get seen for flu symptoms. She was the nurse that came to get me from the waiting room. She asked me what my weight was and I said 5’4 and she said “I believe you, I’m also 5’4 ! She then had me get on the scale and I said “I’m a little overweight.” She said “girl me too” she was just so nice and kind and proceeded to tell me how I’m 21 and I am beautiful and I can loose my weight pretty quickly if I want to. She was such a kind sweet person and there should be more people like her in this world. Thanks Chanel for making my day!

I was very disappointed in services! I usually don’t have any issues with getting in and out of this clinic quickly. However, this time when I went to be seen I arrived around 12p (noon) and was told 1st available appointment wasn’t until 1:30p. I agreed and asked to be scheduled, the front desk receptionist told me to be back around 1:20p. I went to my car to wait. Came back in around 1:10p to check in. However, after waiting over 1 1/2 hours I went to check to see if I was next in line and was informed I wasn’t on the schedule and after further review someone (back office staff) had cancelled my appointment although I confirmed through the confirmation sent to my persona cell phone. The appointment was rescheduled for 3:10p. I did not get in the back to be seen until 3:45p. The NP didn’

I was visiting from out of state and unfortunately had to seek medical care. Fortunately, the staff at the Clyde Morris location was wonderful from start to finish. The following day, I realized I needed a prescription before making the trip back home so I left a message for the provider. I’d like to give a special recognition to NP S. Weibel for making that happen. Thank you so much!
