Sentara Heart and Vascular Center

I was certainly impressed with the immediate customer service at the Front Desk. Sheryl was very helpful as she concentrated on each clients needs, including mine. The waiting area was very comfortable. The key component was the professionalism with each nursing and medical staff that assisted in my cardiology procedure. Selema, Kemmi, and Keith demonstrated excellent nursing and technical skills, allowing for any concerns to be addressed. Being thorough in explaining each step. Making sure I was comfortable. They worked as a team. Dealing with the heart is a very delicate matter knowing that the technological piece still needs guidance with human interaction.

I had the greatest experiences with this center for my Heart angiogram. Super professional, friendliest, tentative staffs from the time I checked in to the moment I left the center. The Dr and nurses kept me informed of every things going on and constantly checked on me to see if needed any things. Thank you and keep up that great works guys. Hoang

I look and see all these 5 stars but I have never had that type of experience. A trip to the ER will always be at least 5 hour wait and then another 3 hours for examination. This hospital should be ranked the least efficient in the country.

They have taken very good care of me! The staff is amazing. They are great at answering any questions a patient may have. You can tell they really care about their patients. I truly appreciate all the great care they have provided me.

If you call the number for Sentara Heart and Vascular NO ONE ANSWERS. I tried several times. How on earth do you help people. Sad 🙁
