Very difficult to get in touch with. No follow-ups. No communication. The coordinator is rude and does not respond for days. No longer using for my father's care at Merrill Gardens.

I have used other providers that came to my house. Seniority is thorough and compassionate. They are always just a phone call away.

I’m a current patient and Seniority provides comprehensive care and my favorite thing about this provider is they spend an extensive amount of time face to face with the patient . I also appreciate the opportunity to talk about my concerns with their counselor as needed

My mother in an Assisted Living in PA. This company provided the doctor for this facility. They never did the follow up lab work or care as requested from the hospital. Rarely returned phone calls or answered email. Made excuses for lack of care, made promises that were not kept. So glad that we went another route and do not have to deal with them again.

I absolutely love this company! They are so helpful and caring. 5 stars across the board!
