Dr. Marchese is a fantastic listener and diagnostician. He has many modalities he can use to assess and help your condition. He is also right across the hall from 3DPT rehab/PT so there is a close collaborative relationship there which is important. He is very conservative in his philosophy of injury and will not jump to surgery immediately until he has explored all options. The administrator in the department is also excellent with good people skills. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience at APX Sports Medicine for my knee injuries! Monica at the front desk was welcoming and efficient from the start. Dr. Marchese used in-office diagnostic ultrasound to clearly show bilateral MCL tears with specific grades and a previously missed potential issue that will be monitored. This finally gave me a clear picture of what was really going on. Unlike before, when I never had this level of understanding, he explained everything straightforwardly and provided a realistic, tailored plan for safely returning to my active lifestyle as a mom of three, wife, and health/PE teacher. It brought real clarity, hope, and helped prevent potential reinjury. Highly recommend!

If you appreciate being able to spend enough time with your doctor to actually get great results, APX is an excellent choice! I’ve never felt rushed with Dr Marchese. As a very active senior in great health I have been experiencing some “age related” problems recently.
