i've been going here since i was in elementary school. i am now 27 and don't plan on going anywhere else. the whole team is amazing, and never once have i been afraid to go to the dentist. which i know is a common occurrence for other people and their dentist. but not for me and seneca park dentistry. amazing staff, easy parking- couldn't ask for more.

I love Dr Lam and his staff. I am always able to get an appointment quickly. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I never have to wait very long in the waiting room or once I go back to the chair. I feel Dr Lam is very honest with his advise and does not try to do a lot of dental work that is not necessary or costs a lot of money. I highly recommend Dr Lam at Seneca Park Dentistry.

I have been going to Dr Lam for over a decade. After my son was born, I brought him here for his first dental appointment. He had a great first experience and now loves coming here. Dr Lam’s staff has always been so courteous and kind. Then my husband started coming here. Now we take appointments as a family. Dr Lam’s practice is one of the best in this area!

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Lam and Carol. Both were so warm, skilled and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair and they arranged for me to have both my filling and my cleaning done in the same room. I highly recommend this practice and I have been coming here for 44 years through three different dentists.

They may charge for a different procedure when you go for regular cleaning, and insurance may not pay for it. I wish that they mention that in advance so that the patient can talk to insurance in advance rather than getting a bill to pay out of pocket after a year (yes, they sent the first bill after 11 months!)
