I waited an HOUR to see the doctor and establish a primary care doctor. During my screening I had mentioned I was pregnant. They had me see the nurse practitioner instead without prior notice. The nurse practitioner mentioned she is not allowed to service me due to the pregnancy. This reflects poorly their office management.

I had my first appt. with Seneca this morning. I just saw some of the negative reviews here, but I gotta say, I was very impressed. No, the outside of the office isn't the prettiest, but they make up for it inside. Very nice, very clean and full of friendly, bilingual employees. There was new technology I'd never seen, pretty cool, and the entire process went well. I never felt rushed, they took their time with me and we made follow up plans I am happy with. I'm a little surprised, happily, how much I like this office. The welcome packet for new patients is extensive, be ready for that to take some time. Unfortunately, that paperwork is not available on their website or electronically yet. That would be my only complaint if I had to choose one. An easy one to get past. So far, I would high
