If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are the worst specialty pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. There was an issue every single month when I would try to get my Dupixent delivery scheduled. They would call me during school hours even though I tried nicely to tell them I am a teacher and could they please call after I was done working. They claimed they put it on my patient chart, but then again they’d call during school hours and if I didn’t answer, they would tell my doctor they were unable to get ahold of me. They would not work with my insurance multiple times even though they are in my network. The most recent issue they refused to even talk to my insurance unless I was on the phone line myself. NEGATIVE STARS!!! I was about to check into a looney bin... I had talked to at least 30 people in every single department of all aspects of the process of getting my medication... This lovely "Mama Bear" was part of the Variable benifits dept for my actual drug and she heard my story and she said "No no no, this is INSANE I used to be a pharmacist and I am sorting this out for you TODAY!" They were holding my medication hostage LITERALLY!! Trying to get me to pay them $2,000. They sneakily transferred the script from Bolero Specialty to Senderra who was ONLY supposed to deliver my medication (not fill it) and wouldn't transfer the script back after me asking multiple times. I’m not sure why my Orthopedic doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy when there are others in the area to choose from but my experience so far has been terrible! Two months ago the Dr sent a prescription to Senderra. When I look on my insurance patient portal it says the claim for the prescription was paid a few days later. It is now going on two months and nothing. I finally called the pharmacy yesterday and they told me that the Dr didn’t sign the prescription so they sent a letter asking for a signed prescription. First of all that’s something they would have and should have noticed before sending it through to be paid. Second.. a letter?! Give the Dr a call or fax. I was told I needed to reach out to the Dr… oh you can count on that but the pharmacy should also be following up.

My medication was late which caused an incredibly painful flare. First they said my insurance denied it but then admitted the tech sent the claim a week too early and then never followed up again. Then they blamed me by saying it was my responsibility to reach out to them if I haven't received a call to schedule a delivery. Then they admitted they were shorthanded and there was only one tech and he had other patients to take care of. The phone agent tried to reach the tech by telephone and by email and there was never a response. The agent kept saying they would contact me in an hour once they heard back from the tech. The most inept company I've EVER DEALT IN MY LIFETIME bar none!! Also I was supposed to get some payment assistance in paying for my medications and the company representative never turned that paperwork so I'm paying the full load!! The phone center reps speak with such thick Hispanic accents I have to as them to repeat what they are saying numerous times. I sure hope you don't get prescribed medication from this joke of a company!!!
