Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in an eye doctor! The old lady at the reception area was extremely rude, I called prior to arriving to obtain my prescription and was told to come anytime. After taking off work and driving the distance I was told I could not obtain my prescription because it had been over a year. Had I been told this over the phone I would not have shown up. I also had a pair of glasses that were ordered at a previous time and those glasses were “donated to the homeless” I will not be retiring to this office ever again and will gladly take my business elsewhere!

I am very delighted with Dr. Selmo Satanosky and his staff; the first time I come to his office and it was a wonderful experience. He not only checked my eyes but we also talked about life and family, and it was a good talk. I loved his office because is spacious and clean, and it has a smell of family; and of course, I love my new reading glasses. I thank the doctor and all the staff for a wonderful visit. they charge 4% for using a credit card, there is no sign posted anywhere of this practice, you find out when you have to pay your bill, i had to come back after the weekend with a check so they could then order the glasses, even though in florida they allow people to do this the maximum allowance is 2 or 3%, by charging 4% they are braking the law. and the prescription is not ok, i see a little blurry

Dr Satanosky is good. Better than other eye doctor i have been. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent eye doctor. Very friendly, precise and accurate. Does not rush the eye testing and does a thorough examination.
