I want to take a moment to recognize K Parr in the billing department at Selma Medical. Billing departments don’t always get the best reputation — people often expect long waits, confusing explanations, or feeling like just another number. But my experience with Karrine was the complete opposite. She was personable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain everything without rushing me, and she made sure I fully understood my account. What stood out most is that she is truly a woman of her word — she followed through exactly when she said she would, which is rare and deeply appreciated. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about helping people. Instead of feeling stressed about billing questions, I felt supported and respected. Selm

I have always had excellent medical care from Dr Peake. She listens and gives the best advice. I am so sorry she will be leaving Selma. I will miss her very much.

They would lie about appointment especially Dr. Patel. One appointment was canceled rescheduled for a week later she said it was a no show. Bad medical practice from her. Roxy is biased and rude. Literally Gabriel was the only nice person there. But thank you all for showing me yall in it for the money and not patient well-being

I've been a patient here for almost 20 years, and today has been the worst experience I've had here. 35 minutes sitting in the exam room with not 1 person walking in to check in on me is absolutely unacceptable. It doesn't matter how busy you are, how double or triple booked you may be, or how short-staffed you are, courtesy matters, so do better.

My name is Casey Fink. I appreciate the fact that I wasted my time going to my rescheduled appointment to be surprised with saying I didn’t have one. I originally had an appointment on January 31, I had to reschedule it which I called and rescheduled my appointment on January 21st for today 2/10/26 at 4:45. I get there and was told sorry your doctor left for the day. Then I was told oh your doctor called out today and that I didn’t have an appointment. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This was an important visit that needed to happen and I don’t understand why on earth you run a business this way.
