Select Specialty Hospital - Town and Country

My husband got a bad case of West Nile Virus. It left him paralyzed, with a tracheotomy and needed a ventilator to breathe. We came to Select Specialty with hopes to get him breathing on his own again. It was really hard in the beginning. Very slow progress because his body just was not strong enough. The entire staff from doctors to house keeping were so kind and concerned about him. They took great care of him. I have no complaints. They took care of our entire family. My husband was able to get off the ventilator and tracheotomy. He is breathing on his own. Thanks to the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapist. Even in my worst time of need, Lacey my nurse has always been there. I’ve never had to worry about a call button, getting cleaned up or getting a hello by peeping in my door. She goes above and beyond what a nurse stands for. I’m truly blessed to have her in my family here with my children.

This was my mom‘s second time at Select Specialty Hospital at Town and Country and once again, the experience was amazing. My dad and I felt completely confident trusting her in their care. The LTech was always attentive and caring, and the management, doctors, nurses, CNAs, respiratory, and therapy teams are all exceptional. They go above and beyond, plus they thoroughly trained us to continue care safely at home. I highly recommend this specific LTech and the entire team—-they truly make a difference!

Amazing care!! Staff were wonderful! They worked together as a team! They were professional, competent and created a supportive environment in which to heal. They helped take me from despair to hope when the journey seemed too long. I actually cried saying goodbye when I left. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! I’m forever grateful!!!

I went to Select Hospital with respiratory failure. The nurses, doctors, and staff, along with my hard work had me discharged in record time! Great care from the whole staff. Caring and professional. I recommend this facility if you need this kind of care.
