I can’t say enough great things about Select Specialty Hospital Greensboro. From the moment my family and I arrived, the staff truly exceeded all of our expectations. I’ll admit, we were hesitant at first because of a few poor reviews we’d seen online—but our experience was completely the opposite. The team here demonstrated outstanding communication, both internally and with our family. Every nurse, therapist, and physician we interacted with took the time to explain what was happening and made sure we were comfortable and informed. The quality of care and intensity of the therapy have made a tremendous difference—thanks to their dedication, my mother-in-law is on the road to recovery. My wife was taken to the select hospital as step down after being treated in Forsyth County hospital. I found the nurses and the attendees to be extremely caring, loving, and professional. I went to this hospital every day for three weeks and each time I went, I witnessed how well they took care of not only my wife, but other patients. The doctors were a little hard to pin down, but I made a point of being there on Monday morning when they do their rounds to get information. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry all the time. But I can’t say that for the staff. The staff was nurturing and caring.

Really appreciated the care, compassion, support & understanding the staff of Greensboro's Select Specialty Hospital gave to our family member that was hospitalized They were equally supportive & understanding of the family members in attendance watching the care provided.

This place was wonderful the first time around. The second time on my mom’s second night she had a charge nurse ask if she had a death wish and took her hand and shoved her back down on her pillow. A police report was filed but couldn’t ever get anyone to follow up with me. The Chief Nursing Officer never returned my phone calls and the care coordinator was rude and didn’t want to answer my questions. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
