I would not recommend taking your loved one to this location. They did not listen to any of our concerns pretty much drugged the patient to keep them quiet. Had to have a couple procedures, and they made everything worse. My brother left there worse than when he came in. He eventually passed away. Vibra was a much better choice. Looking back, we had wished we had gone there first. Don't make the same mistake we did. Kelly was very rude and dismissive.She was the care manager.I should have known from the beginning.It was going to be a disaster

Tamesha RRT is a wonderful respiratory therapist. She takes such great care of my father. Shes compassionate and thoughtful and kind. She really cares from her heart. Every airway patient should be so lucky have her.

My mother was at select specialty her last weeks of life. Her death is still very hard to think about but I needed to write a review as most names of nurses and CNA’s are slowly leaving our minds. Our mother Regina was treated with so much care and respect and this needs to be said. Ella (nurse) was so knowledgeable and she has the perfect balance of knowledge and compassion, better than any doctor that attended to my mother. Samantha (nurse, I hope that is her name) made sure that the doctor that made rounds reached out to us. If she hadn’t done this, I doubt we would have ever spoken to the doctor. Hussain (nurse) was a complete angel and made it easier to leave her when visiting hours were over. Mom said he treated her like his own mother. He made us all feel like family and even cried

I think the staff is awesome at this Wyandotte location. I particularly Like the respiratory therapist, Tamesha, she’s very patient and educated in her field. She’s kind and got me to wear my Bipap mask all night. She always has a positive attitude and a great smile. Most people don’t take the time to help but she was determined for me to succeed.

The staff is so amazing each person sticks out to me for I see something special they bring to the medical industry. That is rare hard to find . I love them all it takes a team to accomplish what they do in life . They are good at there jobs but amazing with patients satisfaction. They want to help us all and that’s impressive and hard to find. Thank u select specialty hospital! With out u I would have gave up now I can live thank u again
