Dr.Mustapha M. Mallah

Dr. Mustafa is more than wonderful; he is a kind and ethical person. He listens attentively to his patients and answers all their questions, and all the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Nurse Daniela and all the staff.

They rarely answer the phone and I have had two separate issues with Dr. Mallah not clearing something with insurance. I showed up at the hospital to get a CT scan and they said it hadn't been cleared. On another occasion, I waited two full weeks for my injection to get cleared - I call and they say they had not even started prior authorization. Extremely disorganized and I do not recommend.

The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff and the medical assistant are amazing. The bad part is trying to get a hold of them. I have called and spoken to the receptionist multiple times and have been told for over a week when they do answer he is calling my refill in I have been calling since August 13th when it was due, and it is now August 21st and he has still not called in they told me the same thing it will be called in by the end of the day.

He is so great! He is kind and has helped me more than any other doctor. I have gone to hospitals and clinics and nobody has been able to draw my blood the girl there first try BAM. I am so impressed with this Dr. I give him a 10.

This is by far one of the most disorganized and unprofessional medical facilities I have ever encountered—and I work in healthcare myself. My mother has a severe case of lupus and fought hard to have Saphnelo infusion approved. The doctor was supposed to order it at a transfusion center, yet somehow it was sent to their office, which does not even perform infusions. For weeks, my mother has been calling to get this corrected. They rarely answer the phone, and on multiple occasions—including today—they have hung up on her. They even hung up on her insurance company when they called on her behalf. It’s unacceptable to delay necessary medical care for patients, especially those with serious conditions.
