NOT ONLY DID THE CEO HER SELF CALL ME FROM HER CELL PHONE AND ASK ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW. IF YOU TRULY CARE FOR A FAMILY MEMBER DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS PLACE! Not to impressed yet. Definitely not to professional and these people must been hired off the rejected list. Professional and safety and clean is by far their strong points Definitely should had researched better of this center! Representative was totally misleading while in the hospital. We're told this was a rehab rebuilding life skilled place. Turns out it's just a transition center for rehab does not help with rehab. Staff care is way under graded! Care is not so much the case here! Waited at the help desk for almost 30 minutes before someone walked up and asked me to help for a first time visiting. Syringes of blood was le

My father-in-law was here for about a month. The staff were all amazing and did a great job to get him back home. It was a perfect spot to give us time to make a lot of tough decisions. He wasn’t always motivated and the therapy team was great at encouraging him. Thankful for this place and the care we received!

This facility is clean. The food is really good, and my hubs is a picky eater. But the most impressive thing is the staff! From the ceo to any random person walking by, they’re phenomenal - friendly, pleasant and kind. I’m so grateful that if my hubs has to be in a hospital, it is this one. I wish I could leave ten stars.

My sister has been here for a few weeks and don’t eat any of the food she says it’s awful. The care has been been very good but something needs to change with the food we bring something to eat every time we come and so does the rest of our family. I hope this issue can be corrected

Rhonda is AWESOME! She has made my fathers stay here so much better! She is the best all the way around!
