This is a wonderful hospital with amazing staff from top to bottom. I came here very sick, vulnerable, and afraid. The staff made me feel at ease immediately. They are speedy when you have a need. The nurses and assistant nurses are amazing especially Lisa, Mike, Ryan, Belinda, Kristy, Heather, and Domminique. The Nurses, especially, Marge, Alicia, and Sharon. So Kind and professional. The best part is Physical therapy. Dallas and Toni are absolute Rock Stars at their Job, so fun and kind they keep you motivated and push you just enough. Thank you to all the staff who cared for me so well these past 42 days. I'm forever grateful to you all, Thank you!!!

This place is truly one of a kind in healthcare. My brother was really sick & the ICU at the transferring hospital wasn’t too sure they could handle the care my brother needed. My brother is ventilator dependent and truly needs specialized care. They treated him with so much kindness, respect and care. Every staff member took great pride in how they cared for him. The doctors were on top of every new medical issue that came up, nurses, aids, even admin really do care about their patients. My brother is a truly complicated case and how they cared for him exceeded my expectations. I know that if he needs them in the future, he will be taken care of. Special shout out to speech therapy in giving me something no one else could. I am forever grateful for you.

My Aunt was cared for here at this facility. She was very well taken care of. I couldn't be happier for the quality of care she received! We were especially appreciative for the patient advocate program the Director of Quality was her advocate and she was very helpful.

My sister finds out today she has to leave because of insurance. She hasn’t even been there 2 weeks. She has a tracheotomy and they are just shoving her out. We have no choice of where they are sending her because no one can take her on such short notice. No money go die somewhere else. We don’t care. Social worker was rude. I can’t even believe this is our health care system.

Update: while my first 48 hours were rough, I am pleased to say that the leadership staff have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations and provide me with a resolution. They have addressed all of these instances and the last few days have been much better. I feel much safer than I did before. Changing from a 1 star to a 4 star. This is my first time at a facility like this one. I have to say my first 48 hours haven’t impressed me at all. Never arrive late on a Friday afternoon. They didn’t even know I was coming and acted angry when I arrived by ambulance. They may call this a hospital, I call it a one star hotel. The food is 0/10. I’ve literally been served slop. I had to order Walmart delivery to get food to meet my dietary requirements because they were unable. All the bad revi
