Ohio Hearing Health

I've worn hearing aids for OVER 50 years! This is the absolute BEST audiologist & staff I have ever experienced. Got my last set of aids from them, they were perfect! We recently relocated out of state. Contacted Fred with an issue & he got my aid fixed & mailed back to me within just a few days! AMAZING!! Dr. Jabbour is extremely thorough in her hearing evaluation & going over your hearing aid options. Don't waste your time at other offices - THIS IS THE BEST IN NE OHIO! I will drive back 8 hours for them to fit me for my next set of aids! They are THAT GOOD!

I have been a patient of the Ohio Hearing Health Office for nearly ten years. The office team is very thorough with hearing testing and device setups and evaluations. The staff is exceptionally attentive to my desire to understand both the technological and psychological aspects of hearing health and device function and effectiveness. We have moved to more than an hour away from their office and I am happy to make the hike to their office to receive the excellent care available there.

I went to Ohio Hearing last week ,after calling for an appointment to get my plugged up ear looked at.Fortunately they had a cancellation and I was able to be seen that day. What a great experience!! During my exam, the Dr was able to remove a dome from my hearing aid that that I did not even know was there that was causing my plugged up ear!!What a shock!!! Dr Jabbour is the most professional person ever and very knowledgeable in her field. She was not in a rush and explained everything to me. If you need hearing aides that is the place to go. Be careful of certain places that sell hearing aids as they turn out to be NOT what you expect! Sadly, Lesson learned!

My sister Gloria and I were greeted into the office warmly and it was all uphill from there. Dr. Jabbour actually did her intake and review of health concerns before escorting us to the exam room. She was so pleasant and patient with Gloria. She thoroughly explained each step of the process and made Gloria feel totally at ease. Dr. Jabbour guided me along the process and provided me with suggestions on how to support Gloria through the hearing loss challenges. Upon completion of the hearing exam we went into the room and went through the screening portion with the use of hearing aids. It was amazing seeing the difference in Gloria's response to hearing better with the aids. It was truly Amazing! Always a pleasant experience. I received compassionate and thorough care. Dr. Jabbour is an excellent practitioner who generously shares her knowledge. She is an excellent teacher. I have learned a great deal about my hearing deficit and how to manage my hearing aids, so they are working for me at an optimal level. Fred is awesome as well. He is friendly and always offers a warm welcome and a smile to everyone.
