Not once has my prescription been ready upon pick-up. Not one single time. Not when the refill request is made a week in advance, not when I've called to confirm that it's ready and get a "yes" on the phone. Every time I've set foot at the pharmacy counter, a different group of people are back there. This most recent visit not only was the prescription, again, not prepared, but I was also told I'd have an astronomical co-pay when it turns out my insurance covered it. As much as I want to support local businesses, I'm done, and I will no longer be using Seip ever again.
Seip Drug has been our only pharmacy for many years. Jay is always ready and willing to help with anything! We love having a home town pharmacist and friend to help us out!
I arrived into town for the holidays and realised I had forgotten to grab my prescription before I left. I stopped in and the pharmacist was very helpful and had me refilled and back out the door in 5 minutes.
