We are so thankful for Lake Country Home Care. The providers they sent my mom were amazing. Lake Country does such a wonderful job of matching workers to clients. Mom loved both the ladies she worked with. They were willing to work with her in her gardens, on quilting tasks, and town trips. Her last year was so much fuller due to the kind caring help she received. When it was time for Hospice Lake Country was a wealth of help and information pointing us in the direction we needed to go. We are so thankful for all the loving caring people at Lake Country Home Care.

We chose Lake Country Home Care on the recommendation of others. While we were going through a very difficult time Lake Country was there for us. When the time came they worked closely with hospice too. They were compassionate and supportive. We are so thankful that we chose them as our partner and would recommend them to anyone.

We have been very, very impressed with the personnel Lake Country brought in to care for my mother in Wadena, Minnesota. I do stay involved via phone or in person on a regular basis and especially when someone new is on the account. Everyone doing either personal care or homemaking care has been exceptionally professional, knowledgeable in elder care, has good general awareness of standard medications, and are really tender, caring people.

Was a client of theirs. This is my experience with them. Because they didn't usually come on time. Only one did and I requested that I keep that PCA and was told that I couldn't. One of the pca's let my emotional support cat get into something that poisoned her. Wasn't told that they were sorry and she died even if they didn't admit that the PCA did it would have been helpful. Felt like they didn't care. Because of that I have informed everybody that I know do not deal with them. They could have expressed sympathy that my cat died without expressing anything in regards to the PCA. they didn't have the decency to do that. When my cat died was told that I should have been with the PCA instead of doing what I was doing in the bathroom. Was told that I "have to go to the door ( which I couldn
