Recently went in for a new eye exam and glasses. Staff was professional and able to get me onto a wait list that expedited my set date. Doctor was friendly and we talked throughout the exam. Before I knew it I was trying on glasses, discussing what my insurance would cover and i was on my way. 10 days later I picked up my new specs, wore them for a day and then went in for an adjustment. Professional service from start to finish. Thanks team and job well done

I've been going here for 2 years and I really like them. Dr. Holmes is a very pleasant person and explains everything he's doing. They have the latest equipment in eye testing here too. A nice selection of glasses too

This place is the absolute worst as far as customer service goes... my eye exam went well, the doctor was fine. They had me pick out which frames I wanted and gave me the standard wait time of 3-4 weeks. My boyfriend got his glasses from the same place in 2.5 weeks. I have been waiting for almost 2 months, have called several times to see if my glasses are in yet. At first I was told that there had been a mistake and the wrong pair was sent out, and now every time I ask they tell me they are either still being processed or they’re in shipping but every time it’s one or the other and I am fed up. I just tried to call before I have to leave for work and I was told they are running behind and won’t be open for another hour, so even if they are there today I can’t get them until Monday. I real
