My visit was good. The eye doctor was beautiful soul and very intelligent. But, I was disappointed in the customer service. I called in to this walmart to check if they accepted my insurance and its benefits. I was asked to give my card information to verify. My main goal was to come get glasses and a good eye exam from doctors that are professional. I was told my insurance was accepted, appointment was made for 9:30am by the associate. So I get there , go through the exam which was great. I was told to meet at the counter. The representative there stated I owed 90 dollars and that my insurance didnt cover the visit. I only came for an exam an glasses that I was told was covered and insurance accepted prior to the appointment per verification. Now the doctor mentioned contacts as I c

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Dr. was extremely professional, patient, and kind. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I left feeling very well cared for and would highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care!

Doctor hugo and the team were very good to me.I deeply appreciated.They made this a very easy process.And I was able to go right next door and get my eyeglasses.I should have them very soon. I will be very happy to keep coming back here
