Our experience with this dental office was extremely frustrating due to poor insurance coordination and billing practices. The insurance coordinator, Emily, repeatedly insisted she understood our insurance policy better than we did as the policy holders. My husband was told he needed to pay over $500 out of pocket to continue treatment. After a significant disagreement, she agreed to submit a pre-authorization, which came back showing $0 out-of-pocket responsibility, exactly as I had been saying from the beginning. Despite this, Emily claimed the pre-authorization was “done incorrectly” and insisted we still had to pay to proceed. I have severe dental anxiety stemming from childhood, and my experience at Sedona Ranch Dental has been nothing but positive. Each visit helps me work through those fears a little more. The office is exceptionally clean, warm, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. Zion has been incredibly helpful in clearly explaining all upfront costs, so I always know exactly what my insurance covers and what my out-of-pocket expenses will be — no surprises at all. I was blessed to find they were open on a Saturday. Secondly they were able to do a root canal. The pain immediately subsided as soon as the procedure was complete. The whole staff was very skillful, compassionate, helpful and kind. I highly recommend.

This place was great! Easy to schedule a day and time to be seen. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to assist me with getting my insurance information and even let me know of cancellations to come in sooner, which I really appreciated. Staff explained what my dental treatment would entail. Staff went over the procedures and cost before anything was done. They allowed me to choose which part of the entail treatment I wished to start with. No judgements from the staff. They listened to my needs/concerns with care. I am slightly confused on the hours. As here it says they are open some days till 6p but when I asked one of the receptionist, they said there were not open past 5p. I will definitely be coming back to resume/complete my dental plan.

Appreciate the friendly acknowledgement upon entering front the receptionist. Modern up to date administration processes. Clean office with private lobby. The staff, dental assistants and dentist were awesome. Very engaging and helpful during visit! Thank you
