Sebastopol Urgent Care

From my first warm reception by Diana to l, Gian processing my in-take to my appt with Dr Elizabeth Flower, I walked put the door thinking why isn’t there more health care facilities like this one. Thank you Dr Flower and team! My only disappointment is they weren't front and center on google to let me know I could walk 5 minutes from home to their walk-in office. Very happy with the Sebastopol Urgent Care and grateful they serve our incredible west county community. This place was so clean and welcoming, thank you Dr Flower and team for a great patient experience.

Dr. Flower and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. I needed stitches, and both Dr. Flower and the nurses provided exceptional care, ensuring the process was smooth and efficient. They got me in and out quickly while making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Ended up having to go to urgent care while on vacation with my mother in law, husband, and kids. Everyone there was so sweet and understanding. I’m not from around here, but they made me feel so welcome and heard. I am so very grateful for their kindness and help. Dr Flower, you are an amazing soul and I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with you. Thank you for being you and helping people the way you do. We need more people like you in the world.

Hands down the most professional, compassionate, and comprehensive medical practice i've ever worked with. Both the doctors and their entire supporting staff and 100% client orientated and provide the highest level of care and humanity to their clients and their families. I am deeply grateful to have them in our community as a resource for families like mine who have senior parents or anyone who needs a higher level of care the "marketplace" typically provides. I went here about a year ago after calling around and asking, specifically if this office accepted my insurance. They said as long as it was a PPO, they were contracted with Cigna. About a year later, i got a bill. They are now stating that the $390 was part of my deductible. News- it was a zero deductible policy. In addition, I waited 2 hours only to be told- maybe that is shingles, not sure. Hmm.
