My pharmacy closed down so I had to switch and as I looked around and contacted several major chain stores (CVS, Safeway, and Walgreens), I was greeted with either rude or they were extremely short with their answers. It was like I was putting them out just because I needed help transferring my prescriptions over to their pharmacy. In other words, I was asking them to do their job and yet that was still too much to ask. So I took a different approach and started calling smaller Mom and Pop pharmacies that were way more personable and understanding and I stumbled across Sebastopol Family Pharmacy and I'm glad I did because they are amazing. I needed Covid-19 booster shot, and my regular Sebastopol pharmacy said I was ineligible. It had been 6 months since my last booster, so I knew that wasn't true. Sebastopol Family Pharmacy easily accommodated me as a walk-in. Just a very short, easy, form to fill out. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Staff is very friendly. I recommend this pharmacy!

Everyone in Sebastopol and the surrounding areas need to know about this pharmacy. It’s just the most pleasant experience each and every time. Everyone is so authentically nice and helpful. You’ll actually feel like you live in a place and time where people were all nice to each other again. I’ve never had to go back to a box Rx store since. This is what pharmacies used to be like! This place is a gem! So glad I found this small, personable, customer focused, excellent family pharmacy! The staff are amazing.
