Seaview Lobby at Staten Island University Hospital

I wanted to write a review for not only the hospital but most importantly a very special security guard. Alexander was absolutely exceptional! He was so kind and helpful. He was going out of his way to show his kindness and help everyone. It’s not easy being in the hospital or even having a loved one there, but having someone like Alexander there really helped put a smile on our face and brighten our mood!

Just avoid. Go to NYU hospitals. Incredibly bad customer service and predatory billing practices. Refused to give me a bill on discharge even upon asking, and now I’m getting random bills for months that have no details on what for - only a date. They also made it extremely difficult to get medical records and test results. Had to wait and push people to help me and call around for months.

I wait with my baby from 4am until 1pm to doctor come te tell me what happened i hate the emergency room

Great people. Had a very pleasant experience. All the nurses were friendly and awesome!

You stay you get moved, they forget about you. No medicine no food. Excuses about being busy? You have to advocate for yourself unbelievable, too many people not enough medical care SMH 🤬
