Seasons Health & Rehab

In response to the previous review, I am the sister that he was told to call. Seasons cannot legally give out information to anyone but the legal guardian. He actually had been told by me earlier that day. Seasons is by far the best home to put your loved one in here in St. George. I cannot express how wonderful they are. They treat your loved one like family and I truly love them for that. In fact, they have become my family. There may be fancier places but I guarantee you that NO one treats there residents as wonderful as Seasons. All of the staff, nursing, dietary, housekeeping, office, administrative!!! THE BEST BY FAR

My mother just passed this morning while under their care. The nursing staff has been great and since I live in another state I asked to speak with administration about the circumstances of her death. They could not give me any details and told me to call my sister. I am the oldest child and I can't be given any details. Be aware if you have a loved one being cared here at this facility. NOT Happy.

Highly recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a Skilled Nursing/Rehab facility in St George....the staff, especially Jeremy, Sarah, Terral, Yanely, Russell, Lisa, Tawndi and Jacob, are focused on the comfort and care of the residents. They took such excellent care of our Mother, Bettye, during a time that she needed rehabilitation from an injured leg and hip, until she was able to move to assisted living, which they helped us find as well. Thank you to the entire staff for being concerned and caring for Bettye during her time at Seasons! Fred Dickerson

I had planned to move my sister to Seasons Nursing Care and was in the process of coordinating the transfer. However, I was disappointed to learn that Sarah Kelly from their admissions office failed to mention their 65-year-old minimum age guideline. When the hospital sent over her transfer papers, they were rejected due to this policy. Now, after everything has been set in motion, they're ready to release her, and we’re left scrambling to find another solution. The lack of clear communication and the way the admissions office handled this has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve their transparency and communication moving forward.

The best place around, hands down. Seasons is such a friendly place. The Administrator and Director of Nursing always take the time to visit with me and answer any questions. You can feel how much they care about the residents. I see the familiar faces of CNAs, nurses, therapists, and other staff members. They are happy, smiling, and always willing to help. Every time I visit, I see the residents playing games, enjoying activities, and visiting with each other. There is always something for everyone to do. Another big plus is that the building is clean, well-maintained, and smells good. I highly recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a care center for a family member. It’s a hard decision made much easier with the good people of Seasons Health and Rehab. 10/10.
